The Epson L1800 Adjustment Program is a software utility to help maintain, troubleshoot, and reset various internal settings on the printer. Epson L1800 is an A3 printer that equipped with 6 color of ink tanks. The printout result from this printer is extremely good and sharp.
Same as the other Epson printer, this printer also have a counter for the ink pads usage. When the counter is 100% your printer will show an error message. The error message Service Required with descriptions like A printers ink pad is at the end of its service life.
How to Use Epson L1800 Adjustment Program
In this section we will guide you on how to reset Epson L1800 service required using resetter tool.
- Turn on your printer
- Connect your printer to computer or laptop
- Download the Epson Adjustment Program, the link provided bellow
- Extract the file, then running the program by clicking the AdjProg_L1800.exe and will show the program dialog windows.
- To fix the printers ink pad is at the end of its service life error, go to Particular adjustment mode then choose Waste ink pad counter and click OK button
- Check the value of waste ink pad counter by click the Check button, and commonly will show values greater than 90%.
- To reset the ink pad counter to 0% click the Initialize button and the printer will start resetting progress. Wait until the printer stop prosessing.
- After printer stop processing, turn off the printer then turn it on again.
- Do the checking result by click the Check button, the ink pad counter will show 0% of values.
- Try to print any document or photos, and done. Your printer is fixed and can be use again.
